Since 1997 Bright Side has worked predominantly with leaders and their teams in the corporate sector and has close to 20 years experience in the professional services arena.  It also has a number of public sector and some charity clients.  

The goal of Bright Side is to help the companies and organisations we serve to become more profitable, whilst helping the people who work for them to live more profitable lives in the widest sense of the word.

Our services are all based on helping teams and individuals to focus on and engage with the wider web of relationships to which they belong in their own work communities – to ensure exceptional delivery of services or products to their clients and key stakeholders in the wider market place.

• Tailor made Leadership & Coaching Programmes for up to 12 participants, usually lasting between 6 months and up to 1 year.  These include group workshops backed up by monthly 1:1 coaching to ensure maximum personal and professional development.
• Team and 1:1 coaching, with an emphasis on business development.
• Strategic focus: facilitation of group conversations to unlock new thinking and ideas that will make a difference to how  teams work together to create and deliver a strategy.
• Team coaching on how values and beliefs drive behaviour and performance.
• Personal Profiling using the DISC system to understand & appreciate different communication styles.
• 1:1 coaching for new leaders during a time of transition (e.g. from director to CEO, for newly appointed salaried or equity partners in professional practices, with leaders who have recently stepped up from a management position or with newly appointed strategic leaders in business or public life).
• Teaching, coaching and supervision of executive coaches operating in the corporate arena.
