‘I have had a hectic couple of weeks but wanted to drop you a line to say a personal thanks for your work with us.  I have in particular (specifically, relevantly) enjoyed the unique experience of having a female coach and was really challenged by your consistent belief in the best in each of us.

There's a rare integrity in your living out your principles and modelling a behaviour rather than just a set of rules.  I think I learned as much from observation as from listening.  All of which probably sounds a bit serious so I have to say I had lots of fun and look forward to imprinting it.  So thanks for your efforts over the past few months, your energy and undoubted commitment.’

From a partner at a Scottish firm of accountants, after a 6-month business development & coaching initiative (group workshops + 1:1 coaching).

‘My choice of coach was very important.  I wasn't sure what you were going to be able to do to help me; I just felt I needed to talk things through with someone who might understand what the heck I was talking about!  The fact that you already knew me and the firm was a huge comfort and I anticipate that a challenge for you as a coach working in new surroundings with new people is to build that level of trust and understanding sufficiently quickly so that you can start to make progress. The coaching process went to places I had not anticipated at the outset and the level of trust involved was considerable - undoubtedly however one of your great strengths is that you possess all the skills necessary to engender that depth of trust.’

Equity Partner & Global Practice Group Leader, International law firm, following a 9-month 1:1 coaching contract.

Georgina is a good listener and she really understands our business and what it means to be a partner in a City law firm.  That understanding allows her to focus on whatever issues are pressing me and she offers me really sound coaching, and sometimes advice, on all the sorts of issues ranging from politics in the office to home life.  When I first started out on this exercise I was a sceptic but now I wouldn't miss the sessions. When you are busy it can sometimes seem hard to find a free hour but the time and aggravation I save by attending the sessions saves me so much more in the long run.
