Leadership in context...

Feedback from newly appointed strategic leaders (from e.g Microsoft, Shell, the Civil Service) at a 4-day consultation run by Windsor Leadership Trust, where Georgina was their group facilitator:

'Good, experienced, brave to try new activities.  Georgina was brilliant. She had a very good balance between encouraging, giving space, challenging, timekeeping etc.

Georgina had the skill to quickly break down the reserve of the group through the use of picture cards, which allowed an insight into each of our lives that would have taken days to achieve otherwise. Her infectious enthusiasm, transparent love of people together with the judicious use of thought provoking quotes for us each time we returned to our syndicate room ensured we developed as a group.

She ensured that everyone was encouraged to contribute and that we met our time commitments whilst keeping the sessions very relaxed.  In our final session, Georgina coaxed us to give positive feedback to each other, which proved far easier and more rewarding than we had imagined.

Georgina makes chairing such a group look easy, but exhibits skills that I rarely observe elsewhere.'

'Georgina is wonderfully creative and not only has a gift for intuitive perception but also an ability to draw out issues in a very helpful and creative way, well able to challenge when needed but also do so in a manner that helps people to respond openly.'
