Bright Side spends time getting to know its clients and how their organisations tick. Contracts are co-created between us and our client sponsors to ensure clarity of expectations for all parties connected to Bright Side work. Bright Side subscribes to the code of ethics of both the Association of Coaching (we are an organisational member) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (of which Georgina is an individual member) .
One to one coaching conversations and group work undertaken remain confidential. No information is shared outside coaching conversations or group work (e.g. with the client sponsor) except ‘themes’ which have been agreed in advance, with participants' permission. Confidentiality agreements are included before any work begins.
Bright Side pays close attention to honouring diversity and gender issues in the work place. We strive to create dignity, diversity and inclusiveness in our client relationships and encourage our clients to do the same in their respective organisations.
Bright Side values include transparency in our work approach and courage in creating conversations that make a difference to the personal and professional lives of our clients. We never expect anything from a client that we are not willing to be nor do ourselves. Bright Side coaches ‘walk the talk’ and demonstrate the values that drive our practice in our everyday lives.
We are often asked what criteria organisations should use, beyond alchemy, to choose an executive coach. We advise asking: - In what ways are the coaches qualified?
- How does their commercial experience match the global needs of your company?
- What theories of change do they seek to introduce?
- Who supervises the coach/consultancy?
- How do the coaches invest in their own CPD?
On this website we trust you will find the answers to these questions, and more.
