Feed back after a 6-month 1:1 coaching contract to assist a leader during a time of transition in their business.  The coaching included monthly face to face coaching conversations, some related reading and tasks between, as well as telephone support and email back up.

'My work with Brightside took place during a time of huge transition for the company I had set up.   I found myself facing many difficult professional and personal decisions and the challenges at times seemed quite overwhelming.

Yet working alongside Georgina as my business coach during this period provided an invaluable sense of perspective.
