Windsor Leadership Trust

WLT provides inspirational programmes for leaders from all sectors who have, or will have, the potential to shape the future of their own organisations, and society.  The Trust brings leaders together at key stages of their leadership journey and creates an opportunity for dialogue and learning with their peers which is exceptional.  Where else do leaders from the worlds of business, government and the public sector, the armed forces, the third sector, the church and faith groups get the chance to address their own personal and professional leadership development in groups which represent such diverse interests?  This is what makes the work of the Trust not only exceptional but also offers a profound experience for those attending Trust events.

Georgina is privileged to be a guest facilitator and chair for the Trust at its Consultations for Strategic Leaders as well as its Consultations for Newly Appointed Strategic Leaders.

David Whyte

Poet David Whyte grew up among the hills and valleys of Yorkshire.  An Associate of Templeton College and the Said Business School at the University of Oxford, he is the author of six books of poetry, and one of the few poets to take his perspectives on creativity into the field of organisational development, where he works with many global companies.  He holds a degree in Marine Zoology, and has travelled extensively, including working as a naturalist guide and leading anthropological and natural history expeditions.  He brings his wealth of experience to his poetry, lectures and workshops.

Bright Side clients will recognise that David Whyte’s poetry, as well as his ideas about courageous conversations and the rediscovery of the soul at work, act as a key stone to the coaching services we provide.  Georgina attends workshops with David on a regular basis and supports the on going development of his work in the UK.  Visit David’s site or contact Georgina direct if you would like to know more about how to introduce David and his work into your organisation.

Rob Caskie From Fugitives Drift

We met Rob Caskie at Fugitives Drift Lodge in Natal, South Africa 7 years ago.  We were moved that David Rattray, the founder of Fugitives Drift, had identified in Rob the gift for telling the remarkable stories of the Anglo Zulu Wars and the lessons that can be learned from them in life and in business today.  David was tragically shot and died in January 2006, but his work continues through Rob, Joseph Ndima and the team at Fugitives Drift.

Georgina helps to organise lectures and motivational talks for businesses by Rob in the UK.  For full details of his October 2008 tour, or if you would like Rob to talk in your organisation, please contact us.
