The first two papers available here were originally created as Work Based Learning Projects for Georgina’s MSc in Coaching & Development, both received a distinction. The theoretical frames they present, which were then expanded at dissertation, remain a foundation for explaining what informs Bright Side thinking and coaching practice in organisational life.
