This dissertation, presented as the culmination of Georgina’s MSc studies, received a distinction.  It uses systemic thinking and practice as its theoretical frame and social constructionism as its philosophical base.  The research methodology used is Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA).  IPA was developed by Professor J Smith at Birbeck College, University of London and was applied for the first time as research methodology in corporate life in this dissertation.  The Abstract for the dissertation can be found here.  For a copy of the dissertation please Contact Us
