An exploration of the influence of coaching conversations on the change process in legal practices (& wider organisational life).
This dissertation, presented as the culmination of Georgina’s MSc studies, received a distinction. It uses systemic thinking and practice as its theoretical frame and social constructionism as its philosophical base. The research methodology used is Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). IPA was developed by Professor J Smith at Birbeck College, University of London and was applied for the first time as research methodology in corporate life in this dissertation.
